The staff is excellent and affable, they ensure you have a really comfortable time here. Its location is good, very close to Surfers Paradise, the beach, and the main Surfer's Paradise area, and shops, beach, public transport and eateries.

The room was amazing especially for what we paid $100 a night it was beyond my expectation the staff were friendly as well as the other viitors as well. The facilities were great, pool, spa and bbq area - what more could you ask for 2mins from Cavill!!
Only thing would be the spa it was a little dirty but in saying that it was well used by all patrons whilst we were there.

Good location and value for money, had all the facilities need on a stay including washing facilities.
The wifi only worked when reception were open and they opened late one morning (just happened to be the one morning really needed the internet)

The location was spot on for exploring Surfers Paradise, and the staff were top-notch—so warm and accommodating! Plus, the amenities like the pool and spa were just what the doctor ordered after a long day of adventuring.
Now, don't get me started on the cleanliness slip-ups. Found some unwanted surprises in the kitchen—unwashed glasses and hidden sugars galore.

The hotel is really well located. The staff were great and we had free wifi....really! The rooms are large and very quiet.
The rooms are a little tired.

Its closeness to everything.
The pool was cold and the pool area does not get the sun. Noone seemed to police the pool and or spa rules. I was reluctant to use the spa after watching groups of men sitting in it drinking for long periods of time and never leaving to relieve themselves.

The room is big; parking is safe; good location
The facilities look old; the mattress caused back pain to both of us
